Moxie is one of the traits Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said he appreciates most about Mason Rudolph, who has competed in just six quarters since the team lost Ben Roethlisberger to a season-ending elbow injury. Rudolph, who nearly led a fourth-quarter rally against Seattle in Week 2, makes his first home start, and it comes against an AFC North rival Roethlisberger dominated. The Cincinnati Bengals are still feeling their way around new coach Zac Taylor’s offense without wide receiver AJ Green, who remains out with a foot injury. But Andy Dalton is putting up solid numbers with John Ross hitting his stride after a disappointing first two seasons. It has been 40 years since the Steelers started 0-4. To get a win, and keep the Bengals winless, Pittsburgh wants to establish a ground game that has been heavily erratic. James Conner is fighting a knee injury but the Bengals have given up 523 rushing yards in three games.
