Ascot Race 1 Tips | 2:02 PM | 1200m

Top Tip – KISSONALLFOURCHEEKS (9)

Jockey: Chris Parnham | Trainer: Daniel Morton

Looked impressive in debut win Ascot 1000m 2-y-o winning by 3/4len. Extra 100m poses no threat and looks the one they have to beat from a nice alley.

Place Tip – REDHEAD WITCH (5)

Jockey: William Pike | Trainer: Julie Mitchell

Belmond trial winner last month but having the first start for Julie Mitchell here and the market move the best guide. Safeguard gelding who has mixed trial form. Keep safe.

Place Tip – CROWN OF FLOWERS (1)

Jockey: Ms Chloe Azzopardi | Trainer: Simon Miller

Has the inside alley and will have the rail to guide her in her debut. Was ok in Belmont barrier trial win on Pril 28 and should be on the pace from her good barrier.

Ascot Race 2 Tips | 2:42 PM | 1000m

Top Tip – AMELIA’S CONTRAIRE (4)

Jockey: William Pike | Trainer: Simon Miller

Entitle to be short quote despite going up in class. Looks the good in easy 2 lengths win Ascot 1000m on April 29. Will race off the pace but has a strong finish. Should be winning again.

Place Tip – We’ve Got Dreams (3)

Jockey: Ms Kyra Hull | Trainer: M Lane

Resuming here but has a Bunbury barrier trial win this month to recommend here claims. Has three wins on the board and more than capable of beating these first up over the sprint trip.

Place Tip – DEW WEST (2)

Jockey: Joseph Azzopardi | Trainer: Jason Pateman

Azzopardi should get a nice run from his alley and her form keeps her under notice. Failed to come on last start wen 5th of 7 at Ascot over 1200m on May 7 but previously good 2nd Ascot 1000m is a better form line here.

Ascot Race 3 Tips | 3:22 PM | 1400m

Top Tip – SNIPPY MISS (12)

Jockey: Clint Johnston-Porter | Trainer: A Durrant

Overdue for win seconds at past three runs. Runner-up past three Ascot runs 1200-1400m and looks likely to figure in the finish again despite wide alley. Will get back but should be running on strongly.

Place Tip – KELLY’S SECRET (8)

Jockey: Ms Jade McNaught | Trainer: A Durant

A stablemate of out top selection Snippy Miss and looks good value hereafter one run back from a spell. Belmont 1650m winner last August and is not the roughest here by far.

Place Tip – BRUCE ALMIGHTY (1)

Jockey: Chris Parnham | Trainer: Neville Parnham

On-pace runner getting close to a win. Placed Ascot (twice) and Pinjara last three runs. Latest was 3rd to Stellar Door and Oxbridge Ascot 1200m on May 6. Will be thereabouts.

Ascot Race 4 Tips | 4:02 PM | 1000m

Top Tip – MOOD SWINGS (3)

Jockey: Jordan Turner | Trainer: Jorge Dupre

Looked good in winning at debut 2.8 lengths Bunbury 1000m on May 3. Will have derived a lot from that run and from nice draw, he will have the last shot in the straight.

Place Tip – MISS FROST (8)

Jockey: William Pike | Trainer: Luke Fernie

Has undergone a few training changes but now back in the Luke Fernie camp. Not beaten far when 4th to Sir Mambo, Ascot 1100m May 2. William Pike has stuck.

Place Tip – INDIGO WILD (4)

Jockey: Joseph Azzopardi | Trainer: Neville Pateman

Rarely runs a bad race and looks well placed here from the favourable alley. A win and three seconds past five starts put her in the race with strong claims. Nice second to Miss Conteki, Ascot 1000m May 29. Each-way.

Ascot Race 5 Tips | 4:41 PM | 1800m

Top Tip – PORPHYRIO (2)

Jockey: Jarrad Noske | Trainer: Brett Pope

Stepping up in class but could not have been more impressive in winning Pinjara 1600m when sitting in behind the leaders, Has the right alley and Noske’s booking is a significant pointer.

Place Tip – LAUFEY

Jockey: William Pike | Trainer: Liz Strempel

Hasn’t won for 12 months but will be well fancied with Pike in the pigskin. The best recent run was two starts back when a closing 4th Ascot 1600m on April 18. The extra 200m should help.

Place Tip – THAT’S FUNNY AZ (13)

Jockey: Ms Jade McNaught | Trainer: Dion Luciani

Won 3 of last five so doesn’t have to improve much here. The last start beat Divine Shadow Ascot 1800m on May 9 so you know he can handle the middle distance trip.

Ascot Race 6 Tips | 5:15 PM | 1000m

Top Tip – CONDOR HEROES (3)

Jockey: Shaun McGrudy | Trainer: Chris Gangemi

Won as he liked Ascot 1000m last start on May 2 making it back-to-back 1000m wins here. Similar conditions here and he should complete the hat-trick.

Place Tip – FRED DAG (6)

Jockey: Paul Harvey | Trainer: Bruce Watkins

Good close when speed is on as it should be here. This is probably short of his best distance but fresh since 6th behind Red Can Man Ascot 1400m in March. Look for him late.

Place Tip – RIVER BEAU

Jockey: Jason Whiting | Trainer: Bruce Watkins

Comes into this with strong claims having won his last two starts Ascot 1000m on April 25 after similar win same track and course on April 10. Will go well with “The Fish” in the saddle.

Ascot Race 7 Tips | 5:50 PM | 1400m

Top Tip – KELVIN (10)

Jockey: Jade McNaught | Trainer: Fred Kersley

Has found form and a lot to like about his solid last start win beating Kennedy Belmont 1000m dash on May 11. Distance no problem and has enough gate speed to contest early.

Place Tip – MANKIND (3)

Jockey: William Pike | Trainer: Hayden Ballantyne

Third to the speedy Condor Heroes Ascot 1000m May 2 when resuming and will strip much fitter for the run. Albany winner over 1230m before a spell and certainly has strong each-way claims.

Place Tip – GATES OF BABYLON (12)

Jockey: Mitchell Pateman | Trainer: Brett Pope

Has to overcome wide gate but has enough speed to get across. Her recent form is hard to fault and just beat Snippy Miss to land the prize Ascott 1200m May 2. Should handle the trip with the right run.

Ascot Race 8 Tips | 6:25 PM | 1200m

Top Tip – VEGA MAGIC (3)

Jockey: Patrick Carbery | Trainer: S & J Casey

A quality sprinter who has drawn to get all the favours here. Winner of almost $4 million in prizemoney and 13 of his 26 starts. Has won two trials suggesting he will be ready for a first-up tilt and is a first-up winner four times. Looks the class runner.

Place Tip – BLACK HEART BART (7)

Jockey: Paul Harvey | Trainer: Lyndsey Smith

Grand campaigner with almost $5 million in earnings to recommend. Nothing wrong with his 8th to Regal Power at Caulfield on March 14. Has been freshened for this and is twice a winner over this course and distance. Look for him coming home hard late.

Place Tip – ANGELIC RULER (9)

Jockey: William Pike | Trainer: Daniel & Ben Pearce

Improving mare with two wins and a placing past three starts. Finished far too powerfully for Flower of War for stylish win Ascot 1400m, April 24 after running second to the same horse Ascot 1400m April 10. Continues to improve.

Ascot Race 9 Tips | 6:55 PM | 1400m

Top Tip – LAVERROD (6)

Jockey: Pat Carbery | Trainer: S & J Casey

Has had 7 starts this track for 3 wins and four placings and has not missed a place in his nine starts (3-4-2). Followed up Ascot 1100m win April with another victory in Belmont 1000m on May 11. Hat-trick is looming large.

Place Tip – FESTIVAL MOOD (1)

Jockey: William Pike | Trainer: G & A Williams

Off the rails should get a gun run for Pike. Was closing well last start when 3rd to Mosschard Ascot 1400m on May 2. The last win was over this course on March 14 and looks ready to break through again.

Place Tip – WRINKLY (4)

Jockey: Brad Parnham | Trainer: Neville Parnham

Is in the money quite regularly and has a chance of grabbing a place here from a good alley. Go on Ascot 1500m win three starts back and the last appearance was a second to Pym’s Royale Ascot 1200m May 12.
