Randwick Race 1 Tips | 11:25 AM | 1400m

Top Tip – Zoumist

Jockey: Tommy Berry | Trainer: Gerald Ryan

Settled a long way back but finished hard to win at Kembla Grange May 19 on a soft 6 rated track when showed its appreciation to the step up to 1400m. Don’t sell short here.

Place Tip – Yangtze River

Jockey: Hugh Bowman | Trainer: Chris Waller

Was pushed along before the home turn and responded well when placed to Acrophobic May 13 Warwick Farm. Gets a weight pull this time on that horse. Not much wet track form but will go well if it handles it.

Top 4 Tip – Acheiver

Jockey: Brenton Avdulla | Trainer: Chris Waller

Placed but comfortably beaten Randwick May 23 on a heavy track. That was okay and very competitive against a similar field here at its previous start. On a one week back up. Respect.

Randwick Race 2 Tips | 12:00 PM | 1800m

Top Tip – Kirwan’s Lane

Jockey: James McDonald | Trainer: John O’Shea

Worked home strongly to win at Canterbury May 27 at first try on a heavy track comfortably. Did it under 59kg so weight not a problem here. Wide draw but may not matter much depending how wet it is. Top chance.

Place Tip – Trust The Process

Jockey: Nash Rawiller | Trainer: Bryce Heys

Settled at the tail but got close late when placed Newcastle May 2 at first try at this sort of trip. Has won on slow and its heavy track flop was when outclassed in Gr2 Phar Lip. Respect here.

Top 4 Tip – Money Magic

Jockey: Tommy Berry | Trainer: Mark Newnham

Was caught wide without cover but got close late Kensington May 29. Up to 1800m for the first time but bred to get it and can get cover from good draw this time. Untried on a track worse than soft. Include.

Randwick Race 3 Tips | 12:35 PM | 1100m

Top Tip – Bad Boy For Love

Jockey: Kerrin McEvoy | Trainer: Gayna Williams

Never got a clear shot at them in a similar field Randwick May 23 on a heavy track. Likely to get a long way back here from the wide draw but could get them late.

Place Tip – Cock Match

Jockey: Jean Van Overmeire (a,1.5) | Trainer: Danny Williams

Worked to the line strongly when placed May 23 on heavy ground after getting a good smother along the rail. Same weight and good draw and similar field. One of the better chances.

Top 4 Tip – Purton

Jockey: Hugh Bowman | Trainer: Cody Morgan

Dragged back early and a long way back approaching the turn when finished hard to place at Tamworth May 4. Capable of settling up closer and will be doing its best work late.

Randwick Race 4 Tips | 1:10 PM | 2400m

Top Tip – Love Seat

Jockey: Kerrin McEvoy | Trainer: James Cummings

Was doing its best work late May 23 Randwick 2000m behind High Opinion after being held up momentarily at the home turn. Ready to show its best.

Place Tip – High Opinion

Jockey: Louise Day (a,3) | Trainer: Kris Lees

Powerful win May 23 Randwick 2000m when settled back and powered home. Carrying less weight thanks to the Day claim and drawn to get a smother throughtout the race. Top chance.

Top 4 Tip – Re Edit

Jockey: Sam Clipperton | Trainer: Chris Waller

Best run for a while when near the tail and flashed home late to place Rosehill May 16 2400m. Back in trip but it may be more of a case that the wetter the better. Good hope if ground is heavy.

Randwick Race 5 Tips | 1:50 PM | 1200m

Top Tip – Burning Crown

Jockey: Hugh Bowman | Trainer: Sue Grills

Was caught wide without cover all the way and did well to finish where it did May 2 Kensington. Has been freshened. Bowman jumps on for this one. Top chance.

Place Tip – Up Trumpz

Jockey: James McDonald | Trainer: Joe Cleary

Finished in front of Burning Crown May 2 Kensington but had a smother and a late ping. Still good and okay since. Jump to 1200m suits better. McDonald is sticking with it and goes in everything here.

Top 4 Tip – Catesby

Jockey: Louise Day (a,3) | Trainer: Lindsey Kennedy

Has had its fair share of trainers and first start for this yard. Has talent and drawn to lead. Yet to win on wet ground but hasn’t been disgraced and is good first up. Field suits, Include.

Randwick Race 6 Tips | 2:30 PM | 1200m

Top Tip – Misteed

Jockey: Kerrin McEvoy | Trainer: Peter & Paul Snowden

Has been working home well in its races lately. Blocked early in the straight when unplaced Randwick May 23. Likes this track, trip and wet ground and gets a suitable field here.

Place Tip – Enfleurage

Jockey: Hugh Bowman | Trainer: James Cummings

First up when solid in betting but ran out of puff late and unplaced May 23 Randwick 1000m. Step up to 1100m suits and is a second up winner and Bowman happy to stick. Take seriously.

Top 4 Tip – Segalas

Jockey: Jean Van Overmeire (a,1.5) | Trainer: James Cummings

Carries big weights well and beat home Misteed on May 9 Randwick on wet ground at first try at this track. Has been freshened up since and worth serious thought.

Randwick Race 7 Tips | 3:10 PM | 1100m

Top Tip – Classique Legend

Jockey: Kerrin McEvoy | Trainer: Les Bridges

Classy grey first up since November here. Goes well fresh and handles wet ground. Looked good in May 29 trial at Canterbury. The 60kg is the challenge but field suits and goes in everything.

Place Tip – Viridine

Jockey: James McDonald | Trainer: James Cummings

Back to Sydney after contesting Group races interstate. Dual winner at Randwick and can appreciate getting back to a Listed race here. McDonald on. Respect.

Top 4 Tip – Snitz

Jockey: Tim Clark | Trainer: Matthew Dunn

Was up on a quick speed and able to keep going to win Randwick 1200m May 9 in Listed Takeover Target. Knows how to win and well worth eachway thought in this.

Randwick Race 8 Tips | 3:50 PM | 1600m

Top Tip – Phaistos

Jockey: Hugh Bowman | Trainer: James Cummings

Lost ground at the home turn when very wide but finished hard when placed in May 15 Scone Cup. Drawn to get a smother here and likes Randwick. Bowman on and gets a chance to atone.

Place Tip – Man Of Peace

Jockey: Rachel King | Trainer: Matthew Dale

Led and fought on strongly to win Randwick May 23 1400m. Up to 1600m here but can lead again with a light weight. Will give them cheek.

Top 4 Tip – Hallelujah Boy

Jockey: Jason Collett | Trainer: Kris Lees

Resuming. Has a good first up record and likes wet ground and is a Randwick winner. Can settle in a forward position if need be and run a decent race at good odds.

Randwick Race 9 Tips | 4:25 PM | 1600m

Top Tip – Word For Word

Jockey: James McDonald | Trainer: Chris Waller

Was doing its best work late when narrowly missed a place Randwick 1500m May 23 after being dragged back early from a wide draw. Nicely weighted here and will be strong late.

Place Tip – Itz Lily

Jockey: Rachel King | Trainer: Kris Lees

Second run after a break when finished hard late Kensington May 20 to place. Won its lone start at Randwick and handles all track conditions. Well worth including here.

Top 4 Tip – Opacity

Jockey: Hugh Bowman | Trainer: Kim Waugh

Well ridden by Bowman when a narrow winner Randwick May 23. Won four of six starts now. Similar weight. Wide draw may not be a bad thing if the track is heavy. Respect.
