Flemington Race 1 Tips | 11:45 AM | 1620m

Top Tip – Surreal Image

Jockey: Lachlan King (a,2) | Trainer: Kevin Corstens

Led and stuck on well after being taken on when placed at Bendigo 1600m May 30. Likes 1600m and gets in light with the claim of King. Long odds but can run well.

Place Tip – Brilliant Concept

Jockey: Dean Yendall | Trainer: Matthew Williams

Was dragged back from a wide draw when worked around them and too strong late Sandown Lakeside June 3. Can land forward early in this field. Still on the up, Go well.

Top 4 Tip – Man Of Peace

Jockey: Michael Poy (a,1.5) | Trainer: Matthew Dale

Down from Sydney. Likes to lead and could get away with a soft one here. Yet to win at 1600m but has gotten close and can give plenty of cheek here.

Flemington Race 2 Tips | 12:20 PM | 1420m

Top Tip – Alcyone

Jockey: Jye McNeil | Trainer: James Cummings

Dragged back from a wide draw and flash home late when placed on debut Ballarat 1200m May 31. Bred to enjoy the extra distance here. Wide draw and will get back again but looks handy.

Place Tip – Albarado

Jockey: Damien Oliver | Trainer: Trent Busuttin & Natalie Young

Settled on the pace and kicked clear for a good win beating home Alcyone Ballarat May 31 1200m. Also bred to get more ground but a harder alley here. Oliver on to help. Right in it.

Top 4 Tip – Cherry Tortoni

Jockey: Billy Egan | Trainer: Patrick Payne

Settled wide with no cover on debut at Sale May 27 1200m but showed a good turn of foot to nab victory late when well backed. Up to 1420m here the challenge but should be okay on breeding.

Flemington Race 3 Tips | 12:55 PM | 1420m

Top Tip – Great Duchess

Jockey: Jye McNeil | Trainer: Greg Eurell

Caught wide with cover but finished too well to win beating some in this home at Caulfield May 30. Rise in trip is not problem and is a Flemington winner. Capable of a repeat.

Place Tip – Honey Esprit

Jockey: Jordan Childs | Trainer: Clinton McDonald

Led and held them off Flemington June 6 running the quicker 1400m race for the day. Drawn to lead again and dropping a kilo on that win. Take catching again.

Top 4 Tip – Kings Brook

Jockey: Lewis German (a,2) | Trainer: Peter Moody

Likes 1400m at Flemington and creditable at it when unplaced June 6 when couldn’t sprint when they quickened but stuck on okay late. Drawn to get a gun run. Can win.

Flemington Race 4 Tips | 1:30 PM | 2000m

Top Tip – Grinzinger Allee

Jockey: Ben Melham | Trainer: Danny O’Brien

Settled at the tail but finished hard late Caulfield 1600m May 30. Bred to enjoy the step up to 2000m here and can settle up closer from barrier one.

Place Tip – Persan

Jockey: Jye McNeil | Trainer: Ciaron Maher & David Eustace

Drops in weight after a good win June 6 at first look at Flemington 2000m. Was able to settle up close and hit the line strongly. Capable of a repeat performance.

Top 4 Tip – Coolth

Jockey: Dwayne Dunn | Trainer: Tony & Calvin McEvoy

Gets a long way back but has raw talent and can finish off strongly as was the case Flemington 2000m June 6 placing behind Persan. Likely get back again but could swamp them late.

Flemington Race 5 Tips | 2:05 PM | 1000m

Top Tip – Montenegro Man

Jockey: Michael Rodd | Trainer: Mark Kavanagh

A touch lack-lustre when first up May 23 1100m but putting it down to the heavy track. Doesn’t mind it wet but not like that. Has won second up. Like this 1000m straight. Can bounce back if track stays slow as predicted.

Place Tip – Pinyan

Jockey: Damien Oliver | Trainer: Jim Conlan

Narrowly missed down the straight here June May 23 when made good ground. The wetter the better. Oliver happy to jump on and ready to show its best.

Top 4 Tip – Remastered

Jockey: Jake Noonan | Trainer: Tony Noonan

Fitter for a recent run at Mornington when equal favourite but didn’t get much room in the straight. Has won at the 1000m here and second up and can give this a shake.

Flemington Race 6 Tips | 2:45 PM | 2540m

Top Tip – Sin to Win

Jockey: Damien Oliver | Trainer: David & Ben Hayes & Tom Dabernig

Took off at the 1200m when held on late to place Flemington June 6 2520m.Did a good job in the scheme of things and can get a gun run from an inner draw this time.

Place Tip – Lord Belvedere

Jockey: Ben Melham | Trainer: Ciaron Maher & David Eustace

Won its only start at 2500m Flemington back in July 19. Only had two runs this year the latest May 2 Sandown Lakeside when easily beaten but made late ground. Can strip fitter and ready to show more.

Top 4 Tip – Sasko

Jockey: Michael Poy (a) | Trainer: Matt Cumani

Likes to bowl along in front and runs out 2500m Flemington strongly as shown by its May 23 win at it at long odds. Drops in weight for that win and handles all track conditions. Could sneak away with it again.

Flemington Race 7 Tips | 3:25 PM | 1200m

Top Tip – I Am Eloquent

Jockey: Regan Bayliss | Trainer: Trent Busuttin & Natalie Young

Good when first up and placed in Gr.2 Euclase at Morphettville May 2 at first run for the year. Was strong late. Having its first try down the straight course at Flemington but happy to go with it.

Place Tip – Run to Perfection

Jockey: Damien Oliver | Trainer: Danny O’Brien

Former Kiwi galloper who looked to be travelling well on Australian debut Flemington 1400m April 25 but didn’t finish off. Freshened up and drops back to 1200m. Oliver happy to stay on.

Top 4 Tip – King Of Hastings

Jockey: Craig Williams | Trainer: Anthony Freedman

Races well down the Flemington straight and won lone start this trip here. No problem with the big weight and like the way it puts in. Right in it.

Flemington Race 8 Tips | 4:00 PM | 1420m

Top Tip – Haunted

Jockey: Michael Rodd | Trainer: James Cummings

Caught wide all the way and narrowly beaten Flemington 1400m June 6. Getting barrier two this time and can get a gun run behind them. Gets a chance to win.

Place Tip – Rich Itch

Jockey: Dwayne Dunn | Trainer: Shawn Mathrick

Fitter for three runs after six months off. Has been presenting but not quite finishing off. Has won at 1400m here. Handles wet and dry. Can settle midfield and ready to show its best.

Top 4 Tip – Never Again

Jockey: Damien Oliver | Trainer: Clinton McDonald

Worked home strongly to place Flemington June 6 in race won by stablemate. The wide draw the challenge for Oliver but certainly racing well enough and wouldn’t sell short.

Flemington Race 9 Tips | 4:32 PM | 1100m

Top Tip – Rich Charm

Jockey: Patrick Moloney | Trainer: Udyta Clark

Very good when placed on a heavy track May 23 Flemington. Handles any going and very good down the straight course as a rule. Open race but certainly has winning claims.

Place Tip – Order Of Command

Jockey: Damien Oliver | Trainer: Danny O’Brien

Had its chance but couldn’t finish off in Gr.1, Goodwood Hcp Morphettville May 16., Far from disgraced. This is more suitable. No problem with the big weight and likes the straight course here.

Top 4 Tip – I Am Someone

Jockey: Declan Bates | Trainer: Paul Preusker

Made good ground when placed Caulfield May 30 1100m at first run for the year. Ran out of puff on the line but fitter and is a second up winner. Likes the straight here and well worth including.
